To see a generation of young people empowered to reach their maximum potential - physically, socially, emotionally and spiritually so they can be contributors to a healthy community.

As youth workers we want to offer more than just fun; we want youth to realise their true potential, live their life with purpose, experience community and build positive memories. We have developed a clear plan to implement this which we have called our DNA.

Relationship: Providing a range of opportunities for youth to build strong and healthy relationships: Honour, Affirmation, Listening, Belonging.

Challenge: Youth will be provided with initiatives and programs that challenge and enable them to grow...

Emotionally: Opportunities to discuss issues relevant to them.

Physically: Providing safe opportunities to go crazy!

Spiritually: Input into their stories Accountability, Boldness, Trust, Independence, Generosity.

Socially: Providing an environment where young people are part of a village.

Equip: To see youth with a practical understanding of 'contributing to and being part of healthy community'. Leadership: Being involved in leadership roles, while learning and growing; life skills; engaged in experiences that grow their faith.
